Our Production Facility

Our State of the Art 40,000 sq ft site is located in St. Neots, Cambridgeshire. With 24 hour production and in-house HPP available and temperature controlled distribution across the UK we can meet all of your businesses needs. 

Our site houses three fully automated filling lines capable of filling up to 6,500 bottles per hour in a wide variety of bottle sizes. We specialise in High Pressure Processed beverages and HPP all products through our on-site HPP machine. We operate two automated juice production lines and can cater to both start-ups and established brands.

Services

Private Label Cold Pressed

You have the option of either picking from our range of juices or working with our experienced team to flavour match or create brand new recipes to suit your businesses needs. We have a dedicated allergen room for the processing of nuts or other allergens as well as industrial blending machinery for smoothies.

HPP

We High Pressure Process all of our products to give a shelf life of 14-80 days depending on the product. We are able to offer HPP as a stand alone service for clients who manufacture their products in house.

Logistics

We are able to offer a logistics and distribution service for clients who deliver their products direct to consumers. We can pick and pack bespoke orders to be delivered by one of our distribution partners directly to your customers door.

Packaging

From bottle shape, size and material we offer fully customisable packaging. We work with a wide range of bottles, both glass and plastic as well as a number of different labelling options. We are also able to box and palatise your products to order.

Microbiology and Technical Consultancy

We offer microbiology, shelf life testing and full nutritional analysis as part of our bespoke private label juice service.
